My name is Marrie Bunting, and I am a director at A for Appointments Recruitment. We are a privately-owned family recruitment business that provides temporary and permanent recruitment solutions for both our clients and candidates across the UK.

Did you always want to go into recruitment?

I went to university not knowing what I wanted to do. However, while at university I was working for A for Appointments helping out and I really enjoyed how fast paced the environment was and the diversity. I could see the potential rewards were phenomenal and I wanted a bit of that for myself
